3 USELESS Exercises you are doing! (Part 2)

Here are 3 useless exercises that you may still be doing. Number 1, the dumbbell side bend. Although this may land you a spot in Happy Feet, it unfortunately will not train the obliques very effectively, since you’re unable to actually contract the muscle. To do that, you need some sort of crunching motion, like an oblique crunch, where you can pull your chest down towards one of your hips. Number 2, the decline bench press. No this will not target your lower chest, it's essentially the same thing as benching with an arch. Number 3, plate curls. Dumbbells were invented for a reason alright, let’s not reinvent the wheel by using a plate. If you wanna grow your biceps, just do regular ol dumbbell curls, and if you want a bit more forearms, just do some hammer curls, or even wrist curls if your forearms are really lacking.
